Processing of Images and Chat History

To provide a richer interactive experience, we encrypt and store your uploaded images (e.g., character selfies) and chat records with characters in the cloud. These records are strictly protected by security mechanisms and are used solely for personalized services. They will not be shared or disclosed without authorization.

Use of Camera Permissions

If you choose to use the character photo feature, the application will request camera access. This permission is used only to take real-time photos for interactive selfies with characters and does not store or transmit image content without your consent. You can enable or disable this permission anytime via your settings.

To Maintain a Secure Environment

We may also process your data based on legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention and cybersecurity) to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform.

Comply with Law

We may process your personal data to comply with applicable law — for example, to satisfy tax or reporting obligations, or to comply with a lawful governmental request.

Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your account, the following data will be erased:

- Personal information you provided

- Content generated using app features, including but not limited to chat history, created characters, date records, and memories

- Behavioral data on the app, including but not limited to purchase records and invite history

- Remaining BIMOBIMO acorns (virtual currency), including those purchased or received as rewards. To avoid loss, please cancel any active subscriptions before deletion.

However, the following data will NOT be reset:

- Invite reward claim limits

- Reward limits for being invited

- First-time top-up promotions

- New user rewards

These non-resettable items are bound to your device or identity. Even if you register again, you may not be eligible for the same initial offers or invitation rights. We appreciate your understanding.

3. How We Share Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data to external third parties, and will only share if reasonably necessary. Including for the following reasons:.

- Affiliates: We may share your personal data with our affiliated companies or companies within our corporate group.
